Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions we hear most, organized by topic.

All Resources
Legal Protection
What does a legal protection plan actually cover?

Plans typically include unlimited attorney consultations, contract and document review, letters and calls made on your behalf, and support for issues like traffic tickets or trial defense — for one affordable monthly cost.

Do I need a separate attorney for every issue?

No. Your plan gives you access to a network of experienced attorneys, so you have one place to turn to for most everyday legal questions.

Identity Protection
How is this different from a free credit monitoring app?

Our plans go beyond credit alerts to include dark web monitoring, Social Security monitoring, and full-service restoration handled by licensed investigators if fraud does occur.

What happens if my identity is stolen?

A dedicated restoration team works on your behalf to resolve the issue, rather than leaving you to make the calls and file the paperwork alone.

Family Protection
What documents does my family actually need?

Most families benefit from a will, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives at minimum, with additional planning for minor children or college-age kids.

My kids are grown — do I still need a family plan?

Yes. Family protection also covers aging parents, blended families, and making sure your own wishes are documented as life changes.

Business Solutions
Is this only for large companies?

Not at all. Our plans are built with small businesses, nonprofits, and growing companies in mind, alongside larger organizations.

Can I offer this as an employee benefit?

Yes — voluntary employee benefit programs let you offer meaningful protection to your team, often at no direct cost to the business.

Legacy Planning
When should I start legacy planning?

Any major milestone is a good time to start — buying a home, growing assets, becoming a grandparent, or approaching retirement.

Is legacy planning only about money?

No. It's just as much about documenting your wishes and making sure your family has clear guidance, not just an inheritance.
